SHIPPING & DELIVERY


LOCAL

Complimentary Free door delivery is provided for all purchases SGD 40 and above.
Door delivery will be charged at SGD 5 for purchases under SGD 40.
Order(s) will be delivered to your designated address by the next working day.

For delivery via SingPost,
Postage will be charged at SGD 1.50 for Normal postage and SGD 3.50 for Registered postage.
Estimated delivery time is 1-4 working days from the date of postage.
Shipping via SingPost is not applicable for Beddings.
Please note that SnugglyPaws will not be held responsible for any lost mails via Normal postage.

OVERSEAS

Overseas shipping will be charged according to the weight of the item(s) ordered with rates provided by SingPost.
Shipping fee will be advised before an invoice is being sent out.



PAYMENT

Payment can be made either via Cash on Delivery, Paypal or Internet Banking.
An invoice with payment details will be sent to you once order is being processed.

For Paypal,
A link will be attached in the invoice to direct you to Paypal website for payment to be made.
All transaction charges by Paypal are fully borne by SnugglyPaws.
For Internet Banking,
Payment has to be made to the account details provided in the invoice within 24 hours.

Please note that Cash on Delivery is only available for Door delivery service.



RETURNS & EXCHANGE

At SnugglyPaws, refunds and exchanges are not allowed once order is being confirmed.

In the event where item(s) received is defective, kindly notify us within 3 working days at snugglypaws@gmail.com
An exchange will be arranged on a case-to-case basis.
Exchanges can only be done for item(s) of the same price or higher with top-ups and item has to be of brand new condition upon exchange.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges regarding sizing or color issues.

Refunds are strictly not allowed.
